The service support is an official contract by Orak Engineering to cooperate, assist, consult and provide a flawless operability of the company’s already developed program products, as well as the additional software applications, if they are wanted by the contacting authority in exchange of the contractual payment.
When buying a program product from Orak Engineering, the client chooses a scheme under which the service support of the program products will be made. The service support does not include the software insurance, which includes normative changes, further customization, change of versions, etc.
Orak Engineering supports seven technical-consulting centers in Bulgaria, serviced by high-qualified and certificated specialists.
For each one of the subscriptions:
- Free annual preventive maintenance
- Discount when paying exceeded limit of hours
- Discount for paying in advance the taxes for the next 6 or 12 months
- Saving the deadlines for reaction and the contract by Orak after depletion of the prepaid hours under contract

In your application you have to specify your company’s name, the target, the problem, reasons for causing the problem and other facts important for the preliminary diagnosis
For targets, without contracts for support, Orak Engineering does not take the responsibility for the time for reaction. Such a contract has only the subscription classes.
